La presente serie juega con el paralelismo estético entre
diferentes elementos de nuestro entorno.
El mar, y por otro lado, los objetos y
superficies próximas a él.
La oxidación, el salitre, el roce y deterioro de las
sucesivas capas de pintura, salpicaduras y adherencias orgánicas han actuado
como agentes motores en un proceso creativo autónomo y anónimo, dando paso a
formas abstractas, cuya ambigüedad nos remite inconscientemente a paisajes y
fondos marinos, con los cuales parecen haberse mimetizado.
Como si la presencia y esencia del mar se hubiera filtrado
por sus poros.
